Hi there! Have some questions about Sherrie’s International Living Community? Find the answers below. 
  • 1) Is there a difference in shared room and private room price?

    Yes! There is a hundred dollar difference.  (During summer months its 

    $125 difference).  The house gets busy during the summer months.  I offer 

    students a great discount to share a room with a housemate or friend.  


  • 2) Can we use the kitchen to cook for ourselves?

    Yes! As long as you clean up after yourself thoroughly (wash dishes / pots, 

    wipe counters, and pick up any droppings on floor).  


  • 3) Do I need to bring my own linen and bath towels?

    No, fresh linen and bath towels are provided. 

    You are expected to change them at least weekly or more often if you choose to for sanitary reasons.  


  • 4)  Do you have a hairdryer available?

    Yes!  I have hairdryers in both bathrooms for student use.  


  • 5) How many rooms do you have available to share and for private stay? 

    There are 4 rooms available for private stay and 1 room available to 

    share.  (Depending on season and availability at the time)


  • 6) Do you have laundry in the home for student use?

    Yes!!!  The students are allowed to use the laundry center in the home.  

    However, you must purchase your own laundry detergent and follow the 

    laundry rules.

  • 7) Is there a set curfew?

    No, there is not a set curfew, but please inform me if you will be out past 

    10pm.
